Chopping up veggies takes the longest.

I prefer to cut up veggies SMALL so it is easier to chew. A great dish for potlucks! Raisins get "soggy" as leftovers tho...

OK....I'm *finally* remembering to post the Broccoli Salad from the Bleu Rendezvous...

2 c. small broccoli florets (about 1 1/2 pounds)
1 1/2 c. seedless green grapes/ halved (I quarter mine tho)
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. raisins
1/4 c. salted sunflower seed kernels
1/3 c. light mayonnaise
1/4 c. plain fat-free yogurt
3 Tblsp. sugar
1 Tblsp. white vinegar

Combine the first 5 ingredients in a large bowl.
Combine mayonnaise and remaining ingredients, stirring with a whisk. Pour dressing over broccoli mixture and toss well...Chill for 1 hour.
Yield: 8 servings about 1 c. each.
