Recipe:

2 boxes of semisweet chocolate squares (that's 16 1oz squares) (Mary used semisweet chips I believe)
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon of vanilla
8X8 pan buttered.......( so you can get the fudge out!!)

OK, put the chocolate and the can of SC milk in a deep bowl.....microwave on high for 3 minutes........half way thru stop and stir up from the bottom...
When done, stir and add the vanilla.

Scrape into your pan and refrigerate (cut within an hour into squares)

NOW add-ins........... I dropped about 6 teaspoons of peanut butter on top of the pan, (used a knife to pull it thru the fudge)
you can add anything when you first put it into the pan: mini marshmallows, nuts, white chips, butterscotch chips.........whatever!

AND this fudge is about 130 calories per 1/16 square....( without add-ins lol)
