MAGIC LEMON MERINGUE PIE

1 vanilla wafer 9 inch crust
1 can Eagle Brand Condensed Milk
1/2 cup lemon juice
3 egg yokes


In a medium sized mixing bowl blend together:

Condensed milk, lemon juice and eggs yokes.

Turn into pie shell.

Meringue: 2 egg whites (at room temp)

1/4 tsp cream of tarter

1/4 cup of sugar.

Whip egg whites and tarter till peak form and add sugar a bit at a time.

Put atop pie and bake in 350º oven until top is golden brown -about 15 minutes.

Cool and refrigerate.
