Spinach Turkey Meatballs

Yum! I made these into meatball subs with a bit of sauce and melted cheese on small rolls and back into oven for about 10 minutes to melt cheese

1# ground turkey.
one box of spinach ( I drain by twisting in a double paper towel or dishcloth)
chopped onion ( optional)
chopped mushrooms (optional)
then a dash of garlic powder
then a dash of italian seasoning
and a generous ( ok about 1/3 cup) of bread crumbs
1 egg ( or eggbeaters)
about 1/4 cup of paramsaen cheese( also optional)
Put it all in a big bowl and mush (techinal term) together with hands,and make generous size meatballs
place them on a cookie sheet in 350 oven and turn about every 10 minutes till brown all sides.. takes about 30 minutes depending on the size of your meatballs.... makes about 15 good size meatballs....LOL
