1 Tube 18 oz. sugar cookie dough or your own sugar cookie recipe
Pat dough in ungreased 15x10x1 inch pan. Bake 350º 10-12 minutes. Let cool completely.
2 (8oz.) cream cheese
1 cup 10x powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 (8oz.) whipped topping
Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla together til smooth. Fold in whipped topping.
After cookie is cool spread this cream cheese mixture on the cookie dough.
I cleaned almost 2 quarts of strawberies. Lay the strawberries on top of cream cheese mixture.
1 cup sugar
3 tablespoons corn starch
1 cup orange juice
1/4 cup pineapple juice
Combine sugar and cornstarch in saucepan: mix well. Add the juices. Bring to a boil and stir till thickens.
Then pour this over the strawberries. Refrigerate for several hours.
