Sue's Pie Crust

OH De-De, a great pie crust is NOT that hard to make.

For a two crust pie:
2 cups of flour
dash of salt
dash of cinnamon if doing a fruit pie.
2/3 cup of butter flavored Crisco (accept NO substitutions)

Ok, use a pastry blender or two knives and chop till its all in tiny balls.
Add about 1/4 cup of ICE water, stir just enough till it forms a ball.
Cut in half. Slightly flour your rolling sheet and roll out one half at a time.......
That's it girlfriend..........YOU CAN DO THIS!!!
