Recipe:

Pralines
3 cups sugar
8 ounces Sour Cream
Cook over low heat until your candy thermometer reaches 240 degrees or soft ball stage.
Immediately add
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
5 cups of pecans.
Immediately pour in puddles on wax paper on a cookie sheet. You can reheat it in a double boiler until pourable if necessary.
